This Messenger Tool is a private, single-administrator application used to manage Messenger conversations for one connected Facebook Page. It is not a public product, is not offered to third parties, and has exactly one authorized user: the Page administrator who operates this installation.
Data is used only to display existing conversations to the administrator and to send manual replies through the connected Page. No data is used for advertising, profiling, resale, or shared with any third party or external service.
All data is stored in a private MySQL database on the administrator's own hosting account. It is never transmitted anywhere except directly between this application and the Meta Graph API.
Conversation and contact records are kept until the administrator manually removes them. To request deletion of any data associated with a Page or a specific contact, the administrator can delete the corresponding rows directly from the messenger_contacts and messages tables via the database, or contact the administrator using the email below.
