No. It only performs actions Meta explicitly supports for Page admins: reading existing conversations and sending manual replies. There is no bulk messaging, scheduling, or automation that could violate Messenger Platform policy.
No. This tool is intentionally single-admin — there is exactly one password and no user roles or multi-account support.
Meta's Graph API only exposes people who have an existing conversation with your Page. There is no way to message someone who has not messaged first, by Messenger Platform policy.

Use the Switch Account option after logging in — it disconnects the current Page and lets you reconnect with any Facebook account and Page you choose.
